Jokes Before Blokes is powered by Bitches in Stitches — the global all-femme/them stand-up collective that started as a sold-out comedy night in Hong Kong and somehow snowballed into an international community of very funny, very brave humans.
We built Bitches in Stitches because we kept seeing the same thing in comedy rooms everywhere: wildly sharp women and queer comics hovering at the edges, waiting for the mic to feel safe enough to grab.
So we built bigger rooms.
Safer rooms.
And now — this newsletter is the group chat version of that mission.
